Hikayat Turabik

OK, OK, I know that most of you already heard about this song before from different people and blogs, but here it's different.

A user on YouTube - level-a - collected some pictures about Gonu's aftermath and other pictures of Muscat before Gonu, then put them together in a slide show and also put the song Hikayat Turabik in his slide show. The pictures he collected go with the song and I really liked it very much.

Just in case you didn't hear about this song, it's a new song for the Omani singer Salah Al-Zidjali, he wrote it during the aftermath of Gonu; very nice song.

Enjoy!

note: This is not an official video clip of the song. In fact, the song doesn't have a video clip yet.

I heard the song before distributing it everywhere.

I know its been done in such short time. But, this could have been represented in a better way.

The little girl made a mistake saying one of the words.

night face: Maybe the mistake of the little girl was made purposely, to show how hard was she trying to sing for her beloved country. I'm just saying maybe, it's my personal opinion.. In fact I didn't notice the mistake, will listen to the song again now and see the mistake..

Nice song (although I don't understand the words) the tune is nice and I especially like the clip showing some of Oman - a country I wouldn't think of so quickly (I don't know why).
It's a beautiful country: you can be proud!

No, I don't think so Amjad. There is no reason to do it in purpose, especially if the most of us wouldn't notice it. Myself I didn't notice it the first time I heard it.

The thing is that I know the work of Salah, in this specific song, he was rushing himself.

night face: I understand why was he rushing himself.

BTW, I STILL didn't figure the mistake of that little girl!!! :-s .. lool Can you please point it out? I couldn't notice anything :-s
