Locked wheel ...

Our university police department is very strict regarding the speed limit on campus and parking at places you are not permitted to park at. They would give you a ticket even if you are only 1 mph over the speed limit, and yes they are around the campus 24/7. When it comes to parking, they are also strict but they usually just give tickets without locking the wheels. Today though I saw this car in front of my dorm with a locked wheel and a notice from the police department stuck in the window warning the owner of the car NOT to attempt to move his car or change the tyre and do nothing but visiting the police department to pay the fine and get the lock removed.

Now this is really harsh but still great. It's good to have such a strict police department. With some other wheel locks like this one, you can still change your tyre and move your car. But if you do that, you're screwed up big time. With the type I have in the picture above though you can't really do anything but go pay the fine and get the wheel unlocked...
